The Subject Of The Order Is The Purchase Of Telecommunications Services Consisting In Establishing, Launching And Making Available 24 Hours A Day (24 Hours A Day) For A Period Of 36 Months Of Symmetrical Fiber Optic Connections Providing Internet Access In 21 Locations In Poland.2. The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Specified In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. Detailed Requirements And The Method Of Implementing The Subject Of The Order Are Specified In The Draft Provisions Of The Contract Constituting Annex No. 2 To Swz.4. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Awarding Contracts Referred To In Art. 214 Section 1 Point 7 Of The Public Procurement Law.5. The Ordering Party Does Not Envisage Conducting An Electronic Auction Referred To In Art. 227 - 238 Of The Act Pzp.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Variant Offers Within The Meaning Of Art. 92 Pkt 1 Ustawy Pzp.7.
