The Condition For Receiving The Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Is That The Ordering Party Must Obtain A Building Permit. The Detailed Scope Of The Order And The Ordering Partys Requirements Regarding Its Implementation Are Included In The Tender Documentation, In Particular In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Appendix No. 5 To The Swz) And The Draft Contract (Appendix No. 4 To The Swz).
