Tenders are invited for Supply of Mechanical Spare Parts and Tools Bids must be delivered to the address below at or before 10:00 hours Rwanda time or 11:00 hours Tanzania time on day 05/03/2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person at the address below at 10:00 hours Rwanda time or 11:00 Hours Tanzania Time on the same day 05/03/2026. A mandatory site visit is scheduled on 19th February 2026, from 10:00 hours Rwanda time or 11:00 hours Tanzania time. Interested Bidders will meet at RPCL Administration Building, located in the United Republic of Tanzania in Rusumo-Ngara District near the border of Tanzania and Rwanda and will be guided by a RPCL Staff. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of Two Thousand United State Dollars (USD 2,000) per each Lot or an equivalent amount in a freely convertible currency.
