Tenders are invited for Provision of Services for Designing and Upgrading the Reg Website The Bidding Document may be obtained by interested bidders for any working days from 04/02/2026, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm at REG Headquarters, 1st Floor, Room N° G114, in the Secretariat Office of the Procurement Management of EUCL, P.O Box 5634 Kigali, [email protected] or [email protected]; upon presentation of proof of payment of a non refundable amount of Ten Thousand Rwandan Francs (10,000 Frw). This payment shall be made to Account No 00040-06965705-77 opened at Bank of Kigali. Bids must be delivered to the address below before or not later than 10:00am local time on 27/02/2026. Electronic bidding will not be permitted. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. All bids shall be accompanied by an original bid security of One Million Rwandan Francs (Frw 1,000,000) issued by a reputable bank or other financial institutions with the validity period of One Hundred Fifty (150) days from the opening date of bids 5. Bids will be opened in a public session and in the presence of the bidders representatives who choose to attend in person in the conference room at EUCL Headquarters Office at 10:30 am local time on the same day. Well printed bids, properly bound and presented in two copies one of which is the original must reach the Secretariat of the Procurement Management at the address mentioned below not later than 27/02/2026 at 10:00 am.
