Request for proposals for Provision of Health Safety and Environment (HSE) Equipment Maintenance and Services BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE SCOPE OF THE SERVICES: This Expression of Interest (EOI) seeks to identify qualified and experienced services companies to supply maintenance, inspection, testing, certification, and servicing of HSE equipment to ensure compliance with regulatory, industry, and EACOP-defined standards during the operations phase of the EACOP project. The intent is to guarantee the operational readiness, reliability, and regulatory conformance of all covered equipment throughout routine operations and in support of emergency response requirements. The services shall include, but are not limited to: · Preventive and corrective maintenance of HSE equipment (e.g. firefighting, work-at-height, confined space, gas detection, rescue and personal protective apparatus). · Regular inspections, functional tests, and certification as per manufacturer/regulatory criteria. · Prompt mobilization for repairs and emergency service when required. · Periodic reporting and record keeping for EACOP compliance oversight.
