The Scope Includes Delivery, Installation, Commissioning, Instruction Of The Pedagogical Specialists On The Use Of The Equipment And Warranty Maintenance According To The Specification. The Contracting Authority Awards This Public Procurement In Accordance With Chapter Twenty-Six Of The Public Procurement Act (Ppa) On The Basis Of Art. 186, In Connection With Art. 20, Para. 3 Of The Zop, Namely The Collection Of Bids With An Advertisement. When Signing The Contract, A Guarantee Is Presented To Ensure The Performance Of The Contract. The Performance Guarantee Is In The Amount Of 3% And, At The Choice Of The Contractor, It Can Be A) A Deposit Of A Sum Of Money On The Account Of The Contracting Authority; B) Bank Guarantee In Favor Of The Contracting Authority; C) Insurance That Unconditionally And Irrevocably Ensures The Performance Through Coverage Of The Contractors Liability. The Execution Period Is Up To 40 Calendar Days, The Validity Of The Offer Is 6 Months. Terms Of Payment: A Period Of Up To 30 (Thirty) Calendar Days From The Date Of Receipt Of The Bfp By The Governing Body And Presentation Of A Duly Formed Invoice And A Signed Bilateral Acceptance-Handover Protocol For The Delivery And Installation. The Educational Equipment Offered Must Fully Meet The Requirements Of The Employer, Laid Down In The Technical Specification. Variants Of The Offer Are Not Allowed. The Public Procurement Is Divided Into Two Separate Items, Described In The Procurement Documentation: Op 1 Supply Of School Furniture 1. Double Student Table (Type 1) - 7 Pcs. 2 Double Student Table (Type 2) - 9 Pcs.; 3 Student Table - 60 Pcs.; 4 Student Chair - 92 Pcs; 5. Teachers Desk - 4 Pcs.; 6. Work Chair - Teachers (Type 1) - 2 Pcs.; 7. Work Chair - Teachers (Type 2) - 2 Pcs. 8. Storage Cabinet (Type 1) - 1 Pc. ;9. Storage Cabinet (Type 2) – 6 Pcs. ; 10. Table - 2 Pcs. ; 11 Student Stool - 4 Pcs. The Set Op 2 Supply Of Furniture For Laboratories. 1. Corner Cabinet With 2 Sinks - 1 Pc. Their Subjects Are Systematically Systematically Connected To Each Other, Insofar As They Simultaneously Introduce Resources For The Creation Of A Stem Environment And Are Provided By Unified Funding. With The Present Procedure, The First Separate Position Will Be Assigned, Like The Second, On The Basis Of Article 21, Para. 6 Of The Zop Will Be Awarded According To Its Individual Value In Accordance With Article 20, Paragraph 4, Item 3 Of The Zop.
