The Purpose Of This Consultation Is To Conclude A Public Contract Relating To The Development And Deployment Of A Social Barometer For Employees Of The Mission Locale De Paris. The Mission Locale De Paris, An Association Governed By The Law Of 1901 And Operator Of The Public Integration And Employment Service, Employs Approximately 230 Employees Spread Across Seven Parisian Sites. Neither The Collective Agreement, Nor The Labor Code, Nor The Collective Agreements Provide For The Regular Launch Of A Social Barometer. The Initiative Comes From General Management, Which Wishes To Collect The Voices Of Employees Anonymously And As Representatively As Possible. Since Collecting The Voices Of Employees In March 2023, The Paris Local Mission Has Not Implemented A Survey Allowing All Employees To Express Themselves. The General Management Of The Paris Local Mission Wishes To Reaffirm The Principle Of The Employee At The Center And Primary Resource Of The Paris Local Mission, By Developing An Adapted Social Barometer, And By Programming 3 Iterations (2026/2028/2030).
