Coordination, Organization And Timing Of Race Hiring Of A Specialized Company For The Organization, Planning And Complete Execution Of A Sports Event Of The Street Race Type, To Be Held In The Municipality Of Guaxupé/Mg, Including Routes Of 5 Km And 10 Km, Properly Structured And 100% Signposted Along The Entire Route. The Service Must Include The Idealization Of The Event, Preparation And Management Of The Regulations, Technical And Operational Coordination, As Well As The Supply Of All The Necessary Infrastructure For Its Realization, Including Start And Finish Gantry, Digital Timing Clock Visible To Athletes And The Public, Electronic Timing System With Chips And Chest Numbering, Gratings For Organizing The Start, Arrival And Separation Of The Public, Tents And Complete Structure For Awards, With Personalized Backdrop And Podium. The Contractor Shall Provide Awards For 1St To 5Th Place Overall, From 1St To 5Th In Categories And For The Five Largest Teams, Through 100% Personalized Cast Iron Trophies, As Well As Personalized Medals For Participants, In Addition To Providing Official Event T-Shirts With Front And Back Personalization. The Service Must Also Include Route Signage With Approximately 500 Cones, Hydration Points With Water During And After The Race, Distribution Of Fruits, Bars, Breakfast With Cookies And Coffee, Life Insurance For Registered Athletes, Sound Service, Voice Over And Narration Of The Event, Support Team And Staff For Guidance Of Runners And Safety At Critical Points Of The Route, Production Event Graphic Arts, Registration Website Creation And Management. Athletes Registrations Will Be Fully Managed By The Contractor, With The Variable Costs Of The Event Being Covered By The Registrations, Without Any Change In The Contractual Value, Regardless Of The Number Of Participants, With The Contracted Value Being Responsible For Exclusive Coverage Of The Costs.
