Loreburn Housing Association (Hereafter Named As ‘The Client’) A Registered Social Landlord, Is Looking To Appoint A Patient Equipment Maintenance Contractor For A 5 Year Maximum Period. The Contract Will Commence On The 1St Of August 2026 And Last For An Initial Period Of 2 Year And An Optional Extension Of 2 Years, With A Further Optional Extension Of 1 Year Based On Contractor Performance.
