The Municipality Of Nurmijärvi (Later The Client) Requests Bids For The Renovation Of Phase 2 Of The Klaukkala Ice Rink In Accordance With The Tender Documents, Brought To Full Operating Condition. The Background For The Acquisition Is That The Renovation Of Phase 1 Of The Klaukkala Ice Rink Will Be Completed In 2023. The Renovation Of The Completed Phase 1 Concerned The Construction Of The Ice Rinks Iv Machine Room And The Renewal Of The Ice Container. The Renovation Project Includes The Renewal Of The Bottom Slab Of The Ice Rink Of The Competition Hall Up To The Movement Joints That Delimit It, As Well As Construction And Building Engineering Works To The Extent Specified In The Tender Documents. The Address Of The Site Is Lepsämäntie 12, 01800 Klaukkala. All Participants In The Contract Competition Are Required To Familiarize Themselves With The Site On Site As A Condition For Accepting The Offer. The Introduction Will Be Organized As A Joint Display At The Ice Rink On Either 10.2.2026 At 10:00 Or 13.2.2026 At 13:00 At Lepsämäntie 12, 01800 Klaukkala. Both Events Start At The Entrance Hall Of The Ice Rink (1St Floor). The Customers Representative And Developer Consultant (See Contact Information From The Contract Program) Will Act As A Presenter Of The Premises At The Events. The Tenderer Must Sign Up For A Tour Of The Site In Advance At Least One Day (24 Hours) Before Each Organized Tour. Registration Is Done By E-Mail To The Customers Representative And The Developer Consultant (See Contact Information From The Contract Program). There May Not Be Participants From One Bidder In Both Of The Opportunities To Familiarize Yourself With The Site. The Names Of Those Participating In The Tour And The Information Of The Company They Represent Are Written Down In The Event To Familiarize Yourself With The Destination. Visiting The Destination At One Or The Other Time Is Mandatory. If The Bidders Representative Has Not Been To One Of The Two Site Familiarization Events, The Bidders Bid Will Be Rejected. If Neither Of The Pre-Agreed Dates Of The Familiarization Event Is Suitable For The Bidder, The Bidder May Submit A Few New Alternative Dates For Organizing A Separate Familiarization Event To The E-Mail Addresses Of The Customers Representative And The Developer Consultant Before The End Of The Question Submission Period. Any Separate Familiarization Sessions Must Be Held No Later Than The Day Before The End Of The Deadline For Submitting Questions. The Customer Will Select One Supplier Based On The Tender Process. Preliminary Schedule Of The Project: - Demolition And Construction Work Will Begin In April 2026. - The Entire Project Must Be Ready, Received And Ready For Use No Later Than August 5, 2026. The Work Will Be Implemented As A Turnkey Contract. All Works And Procurements Presented In The Tender Documents Are Included In The Overall Contract. The Selected Supplier Acts As The Main Contractor In The Project And As The Main Executor In Accordance With The Government Decree On The Safety Of Construction Work (2009/205).
