Mikkeli Citys Food And Cleaning Services Is Requesting Bids For Renewing The Dishwashing Line Of Keskukeittiö Isopada And For The Purchase Of The Carpet Washing Machine Included In It, In Accordance With This Request For Bids And Its Appendices. A Market Dialogue Has Been Held About The Acquisition In November 2025, When Those Interested Have Been Given The Opportunity To Get To Know The Space. Isopata Central Kitchen Prepares Lunch Meals, Snacks, Dinner Meals And The Special Diets That Belong To Them For Kindergartens, Elementary Schools And High Schools In The City Of Mikkeli. Deliveries Are Also To Anttola, Ristina And Haukivuori. The Delivery Points Are 25 Kindergartens And 12 Schools, About 6,000 Lunches Are Prepared Every Day. The Floor Renovation Will Be Carried Out In June-July 2026 And The Renewed Dishwashing Line Will Be Put Into Production On Monday, August 3, 2026. One (1) Week Has Been Reserved For The Installation Of The Dishwashing Line Between July 27 And August 2, 2026. Dismantling Of The Old Line Must Be Agreed Separately With The Customer, And The Demolition Schedule Must Be Suitably Coordinated With The Floor Renovation Work Of The Dish Service Area. The Delivery And Temporary Storage Of Machines And Equipment At The Installation Site Must Be Separately Agreed With The Customer And Must Take Into Account The Floor Renovation Cost. The Equipment Of The Renewed Line Must Be Delivered, Installed And Made Operational By August 2, 2026. Staff Training Must Be Completed By August 2, 2026. In Addition, The Suppliers Representative Must Be There To Ensure The Functionality Of The Equipment In Production Use And, If Necessary, To Guide The Use Of The Equipment On Site On Monday, August 3, 2026. The Offer Must Also Include A Description Of Any Necessary Hvac Conversion Work. To Be Offered The Most Suitable Dishwashing Line In Terms Of Capacity And Purpose, Including A Carpet Washing Machine That Can Fit In The Premises. The Machines In The Offered Line Must Be Suitable For Washing Both Eating Utensils And Food Preparation Containers And Transport Boxes. For Machine Washing. The Purpose Of The Wall Is To Demarcate Departments And Guide Carriage Traffic. The Track Should Be Positioned In Line With The Outer Wall Under The Conditions Of The Existing Drains, As Close As Possible To The Wall, However, Taking Into Account Maintenance And Cleaning Activities (Approximately 600Mm From The Wall). The Purpose Is To Maximize The Use Of Space In The Dishwashing Area As A Whole, As Well As The Space Available For Working With The Lines. The Most Economically Advantageous Is The Offer That Meets The Minimum Requirements And Receives The Highest Comparison Points. The Customer Reserves The Right To Accept The Offer That Best Meets The Procurement Need And The Whole, Within The Budget Set Aside For The Procurement. The Customer Reserves The Right Not To Accept The Offer, If The Whole Offered Is Clearly Unsuitable For The Space, Purpose Of Use And/Or Production Capacity. Offers Must Be In Finnish.
