1. The Subject Of The Procedure Is The Award Of An Order For Construction And Conservation Works Of Building No. 15 - Teatr.2. As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Carry Out External And Internal Construction Works, Including: 1) External Construction Works: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works (Including Concrete Pavement, Electrical Cabinet); B) Works Related To Vertical Insulation Of Basement Walls And Perimeter Drainage; C) Conservation Works (Including Renovation Of: External Stone Stairs, Floors Made Of Historic Tiles, Elements Made Of Sandstone); D) Electrical Installation Works Regarding Ring Earthing And Reassembly Of The Electrical Cabinet.2) Internal Construction Works: A) Demolition And Dismantling Works (Including Removal Of Plasters, Wall Coverings, Terracotta Floors, Partial Disassembly Of Door Joinery); B) General Construction Works (Including Masonry, Mold Removal, Priming, Renovation And Cement-Lime Plasters, Wall Cladding With Tiles, Flooring [Terracotta], Painting Walls And Ceilings, Partial Replacement Of Door Joinery, Painting Door Joinery And Metal Elements, Purchase And Installation Of Fenders And Pvc Corners);C) Works Related To The Insulation Of Basement Foundation Walls From The Inside;D) Electrical Installation Works (Including Power Supply For The Designed Devices Of The Ventilation System, Retrofitting The Existing Protection Board For The Designed Devices, Dismantling The Existing Electrical Equipment, Installation Of Accessories Electrical);E) Ventilation Installation Works In Basement Rooms (Including Making The Necessary Penetrations Through Building Partitions; Installation Of: A Supply Air Handling Unit At The Basement Level, Ventilation Ducts, Suspensions And Supports, Exhaust Fans; Adaptation Of The Technological Heat Pipeline Within The Supply Air Handling Units [Existing And Planned]; Making Technological Heat Connections To The Air Handling Units);F) Water And Sewage Installation Works (Including Disassembly And Assembly Works Of The So-Called White Assembly, Installation Of The Pp Stabi Pipeline, Installation Of Electric Hot Water Heaters).3. In Addition, As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will: A) Perform Preparatory And Security Works (Including Securing The Construction Site, Information Boards); B) Remove And Dispose Of Rubble, Wood And Glass From Dismantling; C) Clean Up The Area After The Works; D) Restore The Construction Site To Its Original Condition After The Completed Works; E) Perform A Set Of Electrical Measurements In The Field Of Electric Shock Protection, Carry Out Appropriate Tests, Start-Ups, Measurements And Acceptance Of The Completed Works In All Industries (Required By Applicable Regulations), And Will Provide Their Results To The Ordering Party; F) Prepare Complete As-Built Documentation (In Paper Form And On A Pendrive - In Pdf, Dwg, Doc Or Other Editable Form) In All Industries Performed, Including: Descriptive Part, Drawing Part, Certificates,
