The Beginning Of The Planned Reconstruction And Expansion Approximately 25.0 M From The Intersection With Dw 560 Brodnica-Sierpc Ul. Warszawska And The End At The Planned Intersection With The Above-Mentioned Dw 560. The Length Of The Section Covered By The Reconstruction And Expansion Is Approximately 165 M. 2) The Planned Investment Area Includes A Plot Of Road Along Ul. Wesoła, Registration No. 919/16, Part Of Plot No. 562 Constituting The Provincial Road Dw 560 And Parts Of Construction Plots No. 919/15, 919/14, 922/4, 923/8. The Scope Of The Study Should Include A Project For The Demolition Of An Unused Underground Fuel Storage Room Adjacent To A Multi-Family Building, Together With The Necessary Accompanying Works. 3) The Documentation Should Be Prepared In Accordance With The Requirements Specified In The Regulation Of The Minister Of Infrastructure Of June 24, 2022 On Technical And Construction Regulations Regarding Public Roads (Journal Of Laws Of 2022, Item 1518) And The Act Of July 7, 1994 Construction Law (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 418, Later Changed). The Remaining Section Of The Road Intended For Expansion Runs Through Unpaved Building Plots Surrounding The Existing Multi-Family Buildings. On The Planned Expansion Route, There Is An Unused Underground Fuel Storage Room, Adjacent To A Multi-Family Building. The Investment Area Includes The Following Installations: Sanitary Sewage System, Stormwater Sewage System, Water Supply Network, Municipal Heating Network, Telecommunications, Above-Ground And Underground Electricity.
