1. The Subject Of The Agreement Is The Execution By The Contractor, In The Design And Build System, Of An Investment Task Called Expansion Of The Wireless Network In The Andrzej Zalewski Forest Educational Center In Jedlnia-Letnisko Located In The Jedlnia Forest District, On Plot No. 361/2, Address: Siczki 1A, 26-630 Jedlnia-Letnisko, Including: A) Development Of Complete Design Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Works, B) Obtaining On Behalf And On Behalf Of The Ordering Party All Required By Law Arrangements, Opinions, Decisions And Notifications (If Required), C) Performance Of Construction, Assembly And Installation Works As Well As Supplies Of Devices And Materials, D) Configuration, Launch And Integration Of The Wireless Network System With The Existing Ict Infrastructure Of The Ordering Party, E) Carrying Out The Required Tests, Measurements, Final Tests And Training, F) Providing As-Built Documentation, Operating Instructions And Manufacturers Warranties.2. The Ordering Party Attached The Following Documents To The Procedure Documentation: Functional And Utility Program, Device Specification And List Of Materials. These Documents Were Prepared After Analyzing The Existing Network. They Are Informative And Auxiliary In Nature. Their Purpose Is To Present The Initial Conditions And Indicative Technical Parameters Of The Existing Infrastructure In Order To Enable The Contractor To Develop Its Own Design Documentation In Accordance With The Rules Of Conduct In The Design And Build Formula. 3. The Functional And Utility Program Specifies The Requirements Of The Ordering Party In Terms Of Functions, Technical And Operational Parameters Of Facilities And Installations. The Contractor Is Responsible For The Design And Implementation Of Solutions That Meet These Requirements. The Aim Of The Study Is To Adapt The Existing Internet Network In The Building Complex To The Current Functional Needs Of The Center. Training And Education, Increasing The Network Coverage And Improving The Signal Quality, Increasing The Bandwidth And Stability Of Connections, Increasing The Number Of Simultaneously Operated Devices Without Reducing The Quality Of Services. During This Time, The Investment Will Contribute To Improving The Quality Of Guest Service And Increasing User Satisfaction, Reducing The Risk Of Financial Losses, As Well As Strengthening The Image Of The Company As A Modern And Innovative Organization.4. The Contractor Will Provide A Warranty For The Completed Subject Of The Contract For A Minimum Period Of 24 (Twenty-Four) Months The Deadline For Reporting A Critical Failure In The Calling Partys Infrastructure Will Be A Maximum Of 24 Hours, In Accordance With The Contractors Obligation Specified In The Offer Evaluation Criteria, I.E. Section Xix. The Response Time For Reported Other Failures (Including: Incorrect Operation Of Individual Access Points, Reduction Of Network Performance Not Resulting In A Complete Loss Of Communication
