The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of The Rental Service Of Multifunctional Devices And A Print Management System With A License For Use, As Well As Service And Delivery Of Consumables For The District Office In Pleszew In The Years 2026 - 2030. 2. The Task Includes The Lease Of The Following Devices: 1). A3 Color Multifunction Devices - 4 Pieces, 2). A3 Monochrome Multifunction Devices - 2 Pieces, 3). A4 Monochrome Multifunction Devices - 3 Pieces, 4). Multifunctional Device, Color A4 (Fax) - 1 Piece. 3. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1). Ensuring The Continuity Of Operation Of Printing Devices, Including: Their Service, Repairs, Maintenance, Inspections And Parts, And Constant Uninterrupted Supply Of Consumables For Printers, Except For Paper, 2). Provision And Management Based On The Ordering Partys Server Or The Contractors Server (Physical Or Cloud Solution): 1). Management System: - Remote Monitoring Of The Consumption Of Consumables For Individual Printing Devices (Depending On The Device Technology) Using Software Installed At The Ordering Party, For Which The Contractor Will Grant The Ordering Party The Right To Use It (License), - Monitoring Subsystem, - Reporting The Number Of Prints And Scans For Individual Printing Devices - Reporting Subsystem On All The Ordering Partys Devices, - Reporting And Managing Events Regarding The Operation Of Monitored Printing Devices And Their History - Service Subsystem. B). Secure And Tracking Printing System: - Enabling Secure And Tracking Printing Via 1 Virtual Printer For All Active Directory Users. Print Available On Any Compatible Hardware Device. 3). Successive Delivery Of Consumables For Leased Multifunctional Devices, Including, Among Others: Toners, Drums, Waste Toner Containers. 4). Training 2 Administrators And 100 Users In The Use Of Devices. 4. Installation Of The Devices And Launch Of The System Operating And Monitoring The Devices Must Be Performed In Accordance With Applicable Regulations And Principles Of Technical Knowledge And Meet Technical And Operational Requirements. 5. As Part Of The Implementation Of The Contract, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Remove The Failure Within No More Than 4 Business Days From The Date Of Reporting.
