The Quantities Of Vegetables, Fruit And Similar Products Specified In The Price Form Are Estimates And May Change Depending On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party, To Which The Contractor Agrees And Will Not Pursue Any Claims For Changes In Quantity And Type During The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order. The Ordering Party Undertakes To Complete The Contract By At Least 70%.4.3. The Contractor Will Deliver The Products At Its Own Expense And In Its Own Packaging, Using Transport Approved By Sanitary Authorities For Transporting Food, Fully Ensuring Its Quality And Health Safety.4.4. Deliveries Will Be Made Successively, To The Contact Details Provided In The Offer, In The Range And Quantity Specified By The Ordering Party After Placing The Order By Phone Or E-Mail By 2:00 P.M. At Least 1 To 3 Days Before Delivery. The Contractor Will Immediately Confirm Receipt Of The Order By Telephone Or Electronically.4.5. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver Products In Accordance With The Requirements: Vegetables, Fruits And Similar Products: Fresh, Undamaged, Domestic In Season, Potatoes Packed In Bags Up To 25 Kg, Deliveries Every Day From Monday To Friday, Until 10.00;4.6. The Products Offered By The Contractor Must Be Of Full Value, Meeting Quality Standards Based On Polish Standards Transposing European Standards Specified In Annex No. 1 To The Offer Form, In Particular, The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Products That: A) Meet The Requirements In Terms Of Commercial Quality; B) Are Correctly Marked, In Accordance With The Regulations; C) Meet The Required Conditions Regarding Organoleptic, Physicochemical And Microbiological Properties In Terms Of Production Technology, Size Or Weight, As Well As Requirements Resulting From The Method Of Production, Packaging, Presentation And Markings;D) Meet Sanitary, Veterinary Or Phytosanitary Requirements Specified For A Given Article.E) Have A Valid Expiry Date Appropriate For A Given Product Range.F) Will Be Delivered By Means Of Transport That Meet Sanitary Requirements.G) Will Be Delivered By Persons With A Valid Medical Certificate For Sanitary And Epidemiological Purposes, Which They Will Present At Any Request Of The Ordering Party.H) Should Meet The Requirements Listed In Applicable Legal Provisions Regarding The Production And Circulation Of Food.I) Are Produced And Placed On The Market In Accordance With The Standards Of The System Haccp.J) Comply With Polish Standards And Be Compliant With The Standards Specified And Applicable In The European Union.K) Are Packed In Material Approved For Contact With Food. In Addition: L) Fresh Vegetables And Fruits Will Have A Regular Shape Appropriate To A Given Variety, Will Be Free From Pests, Soil Contamination, Damage, Signs Of Root Growth Into A Seed Shoot, And No Signs Of Wilting, Drying Or Rotting.
