The Task Includes The Delivery Of Granite Aggregate With A Continuous Grain Size Of 0-31.5 In Accordance With The European Standard Pn-En 13242 For The Purpose Of Embedding It In The Potholes Of Municipal Dirt Roads. Delivery Of Granite Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm In The Planned Amount Of 2,000 Mg To Places Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party, Located In The Oborniki Commune Silesia. The Remuneration Due To The Contractor For The Delivery Will Be Determined As The Sum Of The Products Of The Unit Price And The Quantity Of Products Actually Delivered To The Ordering Party. The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Remuneration For The Delivery Of A Product Covered By The Offer Form But Not Delivered. The Quantities Specified In The Valuation Form Are Estimated. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Purchase A Smaller Or Larger Amount Of Aggregate, But Not Less Than 50% Of The Subject Of The Order, Maintaining Unit Prices - For This Reason The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Additional Claim Against The Ordering Party. Method Of Delivery Of The Basic (Estimated) Quantity Of The Subject Of The Order, I.E. Up To 1,600 Tons With The Need To Make Smaller Deliveries Than The Standard Loading Of A Tractor-Trailer Set, Estimated At Approximately 24-29 Tons. More Precisely, Smaller Deliveries In Quantities From 4 To 20 Tons Must Be Carried Out After Reloading Or Directly From The Distributor By Cars Without A Semi-Trailer, E.G. A Dump Truck With A 4-Axle Chassis Type Or A Tipper Delivery Bus. The Above Requirement Is Dictated, Among Other Things, By The Fact That Some Of The Deliveries Will Be Made On Dirt Roads, Often In Very Poor Technical Condition, All Year Round In Various Weather Conditions, Which May Result In The Technical Impossibility Of Reaching The Indicated Place With A Tractor-Trailer Set, And The Delivery Will Have To Be Made Due To The Need To Improve The Technical Condition Of The Road. The Remaining Deliveries In The Amount Of 400 Tons Can Be Made Directly From The Aggregate Distributor Using Tractor Sets With A Loaded Semi-Trailer. Total Over 20 Tons. Due To The Frequent Confirmation Of Receipt Of Aggregates By The Target Recipients, Which Are The Village Heads And Councilors Of The Oborniki Śląskie Commune, The Ordering Party Requires That Four-Axle Trucks Transporting Aggregates Be Equipped With The On Board Weighing System (Obws), Which Will Facilitate The Control Of The Tonnage Of The Actually Delivered Quantity Of Aggregate. Additionally, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Weigh Each Of The Ordered Transports. At The Municipal Scale Located At The Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point In Golędzinów. Deliveries Must Begin Within A Maximum Of 7 Days From Submitting The Request. Tonnage Settlement Will Be Based On The Wz Transport Documents Issued At The Loading Point, On The Basis Of Weighing Results At Pszok Or On The Basis Of Confirmations Provided By The Recipients, In Particular The Village Heads And Councilors Of The Obornik
