The Contracting Authority Envisages Concluding A Framework Agreement, In Which Not All Conditions Are Defined, With Up To 5 Potential Contractors, For Construction And Installation Works For The Construction, Reconstruction And/Or Repair Of The Elements Of The Technical Infrastructure In/For The Substations Or Hub Stations That Are (Or Will Be) Part Of The Electricity Transmission Network Of The Republic Of Bulgaria And Are Operated (Or Will Be Operated) By Electricity System Operator Ead. For The Conclusion Of Each Specific Contract With The Persons Selected As Contractors Under The Framework Agreement, The Procuring Entity Will Conduct An Internal Competitive Selection To Determine The Contractor, Based On The Lowest Price Award Criterion.
