Service Contract For The Maintenance Of The Interior Greenery Of The Headquarters Including The Properties Skyper, Trianon, Signaris, Fbc And Prime-Tower Contract Duration 4 Years The Prices Quoted By The Bidder Must Include All Costs For Carrying Out The Following Services: - Diagnosis Of The Plant Quality - Checking The Water Level And Filling Up The Requirement, Checking The Function Of The Water Level Indicator - Administering Liquid Fertilizer - Cleaning The Plants Including Leaf Shine - Pruning And Tying Of The Plants - Diagnosis And Control Of Pest Infestation - Additional Services If Necessary (E.G. Rearranging Or Rearranging Containers) - Directions To The Relevant Properties The Contractor Undertakes The Following Services: The Total Quantities Specified In The Price Sheet And The Attached Inventory List Must Be Maintained Every 14 Days (See File B1.1 Annex Locations). The Client Is Entitled To Have The Responsible State Criminal Police Office (Lka) Carry Out A Background Check On The Staff Employed By Him Before Starting Work (See Also Section 10.2 Of The Special Contractual Conditions).
