The Contractor Is Obliged To Perform The Order Taking Into Account The Documentation Constituting Annex No. 2 To The Swz, As Well As: A) The Provisions Of The Swz, B) The Draft Provisions Of The Contract That Will Be Introduced Into The Content Of The Concluded Contract (Annex No. 7 To The Swz), C) The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law (Journal Of Laws 2025.418, As Amended), D) Applicable Regulations Technical And Construction, E) Applicable Regulations Regarding Products And Materials Used In Construction.4. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Implemented Using Materials And Equipment Purchased And Delivered By The Contractor, As Well As Materials, Equipment And Other Elements Previously Purchased By The Ordering Party, Indicated In Annex No. 2 To The Swz.
