1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Preventive Meals Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order, For The Employees Of The Ordering Party At The Plant/Installation Of Eko-Region Sp. Z O.O. In Dylów A, Commune Pajęczno, 98-330 Pajęczno.2. The Scope Of Delivery Of Preventive Meals Should Be Performed Based On The Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To The Swz And Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.3. The Contractor Declares That The Meals Delivered Under The Contract Meet The Requirements Contained In The Regulation Of The Council Of Ministers Of May 28, 1996 On Preventive Meals And Drinks (Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1160, As Amended), Including, Among Others, That The Meals Contain Approximately 50-55% Carbohydrates, 30-35% Fats, 15% Proteins And A Caloric Value Of Approximately 1000 Kcal.4. The Estimated Number Of Meals To Be Delivered By The Contractor During The Term Of The Contract Is 624 Meals.5. During The Duration Of The Contract, The Ordering Party Guarantees The Contractor A Minimum Of 50% Of The Number Of Meals Indicated In Point 4. Awarding An Order For A Smaller Number Of Preventive Meals, In Accordance With The Provisions Of Task 1 Of This Point, Will Not Give Rise To Any Claims Against The Ordering Party, In Particular The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Demand Payment Of Remuneration For The Unfulfilled Part Of The Contract Or To Demand Payment Of Compensation. Reducing The Number Of Meals In Accordance With The Provisions Of This Point Does Not Require The Preparation Of An Annex To The Contract.6. As Part Of The Contractual Remuneration, The Contractor Undertakes To: 1) Prepare Meals In Its Own Plant (Kitchen) Referred To In The Annex To The Swz And No. 1 To The Contract; 2) Deliver Meals Twice A Day - From Monday To Friday From 10:00 A.M. And 6:00 P.M.; 3) Deliver Meals On Saturday Once A Month At 10:00 A.M.; 4) Deliver Meals On The Remaining Saturdays Of The Month After Informing The Contractor In Advance By The Ordering Party About This Fact By E-Mail To The Address Indicated In § 13 Section 2 Contracts. Deliveries On Saturdays Will Be Made At 10:00.7. With Each Delivery Of Meals, The Representative Of The Ordering Party And The Contractor Will Confirm The Quantity And Type Of Meals Delivered On A Document Prepared By The Contractor. The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Detail In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Contract - Description Of The Subject Of The Order.
