The Scope Of Works Includes In Particular Construction Works Related To The Expansion And Reconstruction Of The Existing Building And Land Development, In Accordance With The Design Documentation, Including In Particular: 2.1. Construction Works Related To The Reconstruction And Expansion Of An Existing Single-Story Building, Including Construction Works And Changes To The Functional And Utility Layout Of The Facility;2.2. Execution Of Construction Works Including Expansion Of The Building With Additional Cubature Elements (Vestibules);2.3. Performance Of Installation Works In The Building, Including Construction And Reconstruction Of The Network And Internal Installations Necessary For The Proper Use Of The Facility;2.4. Execution Of Works Related To Land Development, Including: • Construction Of An Internal Road And Pedestrian Communication System, • Construction Of A Parking Lot Including Parking Spaces, Including A Space For People With Disabilities, • Construction Of A Utility Square; 2.5. Construction Of Small Architectural Elements, Including Outdoor Stairs And A Terrace Located Next To The Building;2.6. Execution Of Paving Works And Hardened Surfaces Within Communication Routes And Utility Areas;2.7. Execution Of Works Related To Greenery Development, Including The Arrangement Of Green Areas And Securing The Existing High Greenery For The Duration Of Construction Works;2.8. Performing All Accompanying Works And Formal Activities Necessary To Complete The Investment And Obtain A Permit To Use The Facility.
