Tenders Are Invited For Extension Of The Shelter For Solid Waste Collection Containers At Ul. Franciszkańska 10 And 12 In Suwałki With The Development Of Design Documentation In The Design And Build System
1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Design And Expansion Of A Shelter For Containers For Collecting Solid Waste, Serving The Buildings At Ul. Franciszkańska 10 And 12 In Suwałki, Owned By The Municipality Of Suwałki, Along With The Development Of Multi-Discipline Design Documentation And Obtaining A Building Permit, In The Design And Build System2. The Scope Of The Order Includes: 1) Development Of Design Documentation, 2) Obtaining, On The Basis Of This Documentation, A Building Permit, 3) Performance Of Construction Works Consisting Of: A) Expansion Of The Shelter To Include Containers For Collecting Solid Waste, B) Implementation Of An Access Control And Monitoring System, C) Installation Of A Cable Connection, D) Installation Of Internal Lighting For The Shelter, E) Replacement Of Intercom Cassettes From Analog To Digital In The Buildings At Ul. Franciszkańska 10 And 12 In Suwałki.3. The Detailed Scope Of The Order Was Described In The Functional And Utility Program (Ffu) Constituting Annex No. 4 To Swz.4. The Detailed Scope Of The Contractors Responsibilities Is Specified In The Draft Contract Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz.5. Pursuant To Art. 101 Section 4 Of The Act, In The Place Where The Subject Of The Order Is Described Using Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems, The Ordering Party Allows Solutions Equivalent To Those Described. Furthermore, All Such References Should Be Deemed To Be Accompanied By The Words Or Equivalent. Indication Of The Equivalence Of The Offered Solution In Accordance With Art. 101 Section 5 Of The Act And On The Principles Specified Therein Rests With The Contractor.6. If Trademarks Are Used In The Pfu, It Means That They Are Provided As Examples And Define Only The Minimum Expected Quality Parameters And The Required Standard. The Contractor May Use Equivalent Materials Or Devices, But With Similar Or Better Technical And Quality Parameters, The Use Of Which Will In No Way Adversely Affect The Proper Functioning Of The Solutions Adopted In The Fup. The Contractor Who Uses Equivalent Devices Or Materials Will Be Obliged To Demonstrate During The Execution Of The Order That The Materials And Devices Used By Him Meet The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party. 7. Design Documentation Regarding The Description Of The Proposed Materials And Devices Should Be Prepared In Accordance With Art. 99 Of The Pzp.8 Act. Technical Documentation Should Take Into Account The Provisions Of Art. 100 Of The Public Procurement Law. I.E. In The Case Of Contracts Intended For Use By Natural Persons, Including The Ordering Partys Employees, The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Prepared, Taking Into Account The Requirements Regarding Accessibility For Disabled People And Design For All Users, Unless This Is Not Justified By The Nature Of The Subject Of The Contract.
