The Subject Of The Order Is Construction Works Consisting In The Thermal Modernization Of The Building Of The Peoples House In The Town Of Radość, Located On The Plot No. 374//1 And 373/1 In The Town Of Radość. The Scope Of The Contract Includes In Particular: 1) Thermal Modernization Of Foundations, 2) Construction Of A Ramp For The Disabled, 3) Thermal Modernization Of External Walls, 4) Thermal Insulation Attic Ceiling, Including: Demolition Works (Roof And Concrete Floor In The Attic), Assembly Works With Roof Insulation, Assembly Works With Roof Insulation, Lightning Protection Installation, 5) Thermal Modernization Of Chimneys, 6) Thermal Insulation Of Internal Rooms (0/01 And 0/02), 7) Construction Of Sanitary Installations (Including, Among Others, Installation Of A Heat Pump With The Necessary Accessories), 8) Construction Of Electrical Installations9) Labeling Of The Entire Building In Braille. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Opz), Constituting Annex No. 1 To The Swz, And The Design Documentation, Constituting Annex No. 8 To The Swz. All Elements Of The Design Documentation Should Be Considered Together And Their Content Should Be Treated As Mutually Complementary. Where The Origin (Brand, Trademark, Manufacturer, Supplier) Of Materials Or Standards, Technical Assessments, Technical Specifications And Technical Reference Systems Referred To In Art. 101 Section 1 Point 2 And Section 3 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Materials Or Solutions Equivalent To Those Described, Provided That They Guarantee Technical Parameters Not Worse Than Those Assumed In The Opz And Documentation And - If The Origin Of The Materials Or Solutions Is Indicated - They Meet The Criteria Indicated Each Time By The Ordering Party In Order To Assess Equivalence.
