The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services By An Addiction Therapy Instructor For The Needs Of The Overcome The Crisis Project Implemented Under The European Funds For Kujawy And Pomerania 2021-2027 Program, Priority 8 European Funds For Support In The Area Of ​​The Labor Market, Education And Social Inclusion, Measure 08.20 Active Social Inclusion, Co-Financed By The European Social Fund Plus 2021-2027.2. The Project Is Implemented By The Municipality Of Włocławek / Municipal Family Support Center In Włocławek.3. The Services Of An Addiction Therapy Instructor Will Be Provided Under Task 2: Social Support - Specialist Support.4. The Main Goal Of The Project Is The Active Integration Of 60 Residents Of Włocławek - People Indicated In Art. 1 Section 2 Of The Act Of 13 June 2003 On Social Employment In Points 1-8. People Are At Risk Of Social Exclusion And, Due To Their Life Situation, Are Unable To Satisfy Their Basic Life Needs On Their Own And Are In A Situation That Prevents Or Limits Their Participation In Professional, Social And Family Life. The Main Goal Will Be Achieved By Improving And Strengthening Their Ability To Participate In Social Life, Including Employment. Support Will Be Provided In An Individualized And Comprehensive Manner, And Support Intended For People With Disabilities Will Be Adapted To The Personal Preferences Of These People And The Type Of Disability.5.
