The Subject Of The Order Is Successive Supplies Of Wire For A Waste Baling Press At The Premises Of Rzgok In Wola Pawłowska. 1.1 Within 12 Months From The Date Of Signing The Contract, The Ordering Party Will Require Supplies Of Wire With The Following Features And Technical Parameters. 1) Wire Diameter 3.5 Mm, 2) Steel Wire, Soft, Annealed, Made In Accordance With The Pn-En 10218-2 Standard Or Equivalent ,3) Made Of Sae 1006 Low-Carbon Steel,4) Saturated With Oil On The Surface,5) Packaging: Wire Wound In Coils With Dimensions Of Approx. Outer Diameter Of The Coil 750 Mm, Height 500 Mm, Or In Reels With Dimensions Of 330X210x1506) Reel Weight Approx. 40 Kg.7) Order Quantity 45,000 Kg.8) The Ordering Party May Order A Smaller Amount Of Wire Than Indicated In This Tor (However, The Minimum Level Of Contract Execution Will Be 30,000 Kg) And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Claim Remuneration For Undelivered Amounts Of Wire.1.2. Terms And Place Of Deliveries:1) Deliveries Will Be Made Successively According To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Based On An Order Placed By Phone Or Via Electronic Means Of Communication (E-Mail), In Accordance With The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.2) Deliveries Should Be Made On Euro Pallets, Secured With Steel Tape.3) The Contractor Will Deliver The Wire Using His Own Or Rented Transport To The Regional Waste Management Plant In Wola Pawłowska, Wola Pawłowska 23, 06-400 Ciechanów From Monday To Friday From: From 7:00 To 15:00. 4) The Contractor Undertakes To Deliver Wire To The Press In Accordance With The Description Of The Subject Of The Order. 5) The Contractor Should Exercise Particular Caution When Unloading The Wire. This Activity Should Be Performed In Compliance With Occupational Health And Safety Regulations.6) The Contractor Will Complete A Single Delivery No Later Than Within 5 Business Days, Counted From The Date Of Placing The Order By Telephone Or Via Electronic Means Of Communication By The Ordering Party.7) The Contractor Undertakes To Provide Each Single Delivery With A Set Of Necessary Documents Regarding The Imported Wire, Including At Least A Quality Certificate - Certificate.
