The Place Of Delivery Is The Warehouse Of The Municipal Eatery U Św. Antoniego At Ul. Saint Antoniego 11 In Włocławek.6. The Number Of Articles Referred To In Point V/1 May Change In Value By A Maximum Of Minus 25% Of The Total Value Of The Contract For The Supply Of The Above-Mentioned Subject Of The Order, And The Contractor Will Not Be Entitled To Any Claim Due To The Ordering Partys Failure To Use The Subject Of The Contract To The Full Extent In Terms Of Quantity Or Value.7. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Quantity Of Individual Items Of The Subject Of The Order Within The Limits Of The Contractors Remuneration. Changes May Consist In Increasing Or Decreasing The Quantity And Value Of A Given Item(S) At The Expense Of Decreasing Or Increasing The Value Of Other Types Of Items. This Change Does Not Constitute An Amendment To The Contract And Does Not Require The Preparation Of An Annex. 8.
