4.1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Performance Of Construction Works In The Design-Build Formula To Improve The Energy Efficiency Of Buildings, I.E. The Building Of The Volunteer Fire Department In Tworog. The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Order Was Specified In The Tender Documentation, In The Contract, Energy Audits Of Buildings, The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Constituting An Annex To The Terms Of Reference And In The Aid Bills Of Quantities. As Part Of The Order, Complete Multi-Discipline Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain The Arrangements, Permits, Notifications, Etc. Required By Law Should Be Prepared And Construction Works Should Be Performed Based On Previously Developed Design Documentation Approved By The Ordering Party And Ensuring Authors Supervision Throughout The Duration Of The Investment, In Particular Through: E.G. Participation Of Designers In Visits To The Construction Site, Entries In The Construction Log.
