The Order Covers The Design And Execution Of Construction Works Aimed At The Comprehensive Reconstruction Of District Road No. 1811 O In Łowkowice. The Aim Of The Task Is To Restore The Proper Functionality Of The Road Damaged By The Flood In September 2024, Increase The Safety Of All Road Users And Ensure An Appropriate Technical And Communication Standard.1) As Part Of The Construction Works, The Ordering Party Envisages The Following: A) Widening The Existing Road To A Width Of 6.0 M And Strengthening Its Structure; B) Construction Of A Road For Pedestrians And Bicycles With A Bituminous Surface Along The Entire Section; C) Construction Of Street Lighting; D) Relocation Of Colliding Technical Infrastructure Devices; E) Construction Of A Rainwater Drainage System With Rainwater Drainage Devices; F) Construction Of Kd Underground Storage And Monitoring Tanks; G) Construction Of A Technological Channel; H) Construction Of A Fire Hydrant System; I) All Necessary Accompanying And Reconstruction Works. 2) As Part Of The Design Documentation, The Ordering Party Envisages: A) Preparing Design Documentation Necessary To Obtain All Necessary Opinions, Consents, Arrangements And Permits Resulting From The Regulations On Behalf Of The Ordering Party; B) Developing An Executive Design; C) Developing And Approving A Temporary Traffic Organization Project In The Amount And Scope Necessary To Complete The Investment; D) Developing And Approving A Final Traffic Organization Design; E) Preparing Bills Of Quantities; F) Developing Technical Specifications For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works; G) Obtaining All Necessary Decisions And Arrangements;H) Execution Of Works In Accordance With The Approved Design Documentation And Applicable Regulations.2.
