1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Preparation Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation.2. The Order Is Divided Into Four (4) Parts: Part No. 1 The Subject Of The Order Is The Development Of Design And Cost Estimate Documentation Necessary For The Implementation Of The Task Entitled: Reconstruction Of District Road No. 4912E - Mogilno Duże - Ldzań, Dobroń Commune. The Road Section Covered By The Scope Of Design Works: From The Intersection Of District Road No. 4912E With District Road No. 3310E And The Municipal Road To The Expressway No. S8 Over A Length Of Approx. 1.3 Km (Including The Intersection For Which Reconstruction Into A Roundabout Type Of Intersection Should Be Considered And A Connection To The Section Of The District Road Rebuilt During The Construction Of The S8 Road, Along With Agreeing Design Solutions With The General Directorate For National Roads And Motorways). The Design Documentation Should Include, In Particular, Design Solutions For The Reconstruction Of The Road (Class Z Road, Road Widening, Selection Of Structures To Achieve Parameters For The Movement Of Vehicles With A Permissible Load Of A Single Driving Axle Of At Least 11.5 Tons, For Kr3 Traffic), Construction Of Bituminous Roadsides, Construction/Reconstruction Of Drainage Of The Road, Entrances To Fields And Properties, Removal Of Conflicts With Existing Infrastructure, Construction Of A Service Channel (It Is Allowed To Waive Designing A Service Channel If The Conditions Exempting The Road Manager From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel Specified In The Act Of March 21, 1985 On Public Roads (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2025, Item 889) Are Met, While A Detailed Analysis Of The Conditions, Including Preparing An Application To The Competent Minister For An Exemption From The Obligation To Build A Service Channel, Or Analyzing The Existing Telecommunications Infrastructure Authorizing The Road Manager To Resign From The Construction Of The Channel Is Obligations Of The Design Work Contractor).
