Tenders Are Invited For Preparation Of Design Documentation As Part Of The Task Entitled: Construction Of The Road Ul. Łąkowa And Part Of The Road With Registration Number 2749/1 In Góra Włodowska

1. The Subject Of The Order Is A Service Consisting In Designing The Construction Of A Road At Ul. Łąkowa And Part Of The Road With Registration Number 2749/1 In Góra Włodowska. The Street Should Be Designed. Łąkowa (Plot No. 2840) From The Intersection With Myszkowska Street To The Intersection With Kościelna And Polna Streets (Section Approximately 440 M Long) And A Road Section Should Be Designed On The Plot With Registration Number 2749/1 From The Intersection With Kościelna, Polna And Łąkowa Streets (Section Approximately 540 M Long). The Whole Project Should Be Designed With Effective Drainage, Energy-Saving Led Road Lighting, Accompanying Works And Obtaining A Final Decision On A Building Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Appropriate Authority). As Part Of The Subject Of The Order, The Contractor Will Provide Authors Supervision Over The Implementation Of The Designed Works.2. The Subject Of The Order Includes: 1) Preparation Of Complete Design Documentation Used To Describe The Subject Of The Order For The Performance Of Construction Works For Which It Is Required To Obtain A Building Permit, For Which A Construction Design Is Attached In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of July 7, 1994 - Construction Law, In Particular: A) Architectural And Construction Design (Including Technical Design) To The Extent Taking Into Account The Specificity Of Construction Works, B) Land Development Design, C) Executive Design, D) Permanent Traffic Organization Design Along With Obtaining A Decision On Its Approval, E) Technical Specification For The Execution And Acceptance Of Construction Works (Stwiorb), F) Bill Of Quantities, G) Investors Cost Estimate, Along With Obtaining On Behalf Of The Ordering Party The Final Decision On The Construction Permit (Or Lack Of Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority); 2) Performing Authors Supervision During The Implementation Of The Investment Based On The Prepared Design Documentation. 3. The Development Of Design Documentation Includes Obtaining The Necessary Maps For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order, Arrangements, Conditions, Connection Conditions, Permits And Opinions, Etc. (Including, If Necessary, A Decision On Environmental Conditions And Consent To Withdraw From The Construction Of A Technological Duct) And Obtaining A Decision On A Construction Permit (Or No Objection To The Performance Of Construction Works From The Relevant Authority).
