The Subject Of The Order Is: Comprehensive Supply Of High-Methane Natural Gas From Group E, Including Gas Sales And Gas Distribution Services For Heating Purposes To The Buildings Of The Independent Public Health Care Center No. 1 In Bełżyce, Over A Period Of 21 Months. Category Of The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv): 09123000-7-0 - Natural Gas, 65200000-5 Transmission Gas And Similar Services The Detailed Scope Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract, Which Constitutes - Annex No. 1A And 1B To The Swz, And In The Significant Provisions Of The Contract - Annex No. 1 To The Swz. The Contractor Is Obliged To Carry Out, On Behalf Of The Ordering Party, On The Basis Of A Separately Granted Power Of Attorney, The Procedure Of Changing The Current Contractor Of The Comprehensive Gas Fuel Supply Contract, I.E. To Terminate The Contracts Binding On The Ordering Party In The Field Of Trading And Distribution Of High-Methane Gas Of Group E, While Maintaining The Continuity Of Gas Supplies In A Manner That Does Not Burden The Ordering Party Financially. The Contractor Ensures The Provision Of Distribution Services By The Distribution System Operator (Dso). The Sale Of Gas Fuel Will Take Place On The Terms Specified In The Provisions Of The Act Of April 10, 1997 Energy Law (Journal Of Laws Of 2026, Item 43, As Amended) And The Implementing Regulations Issued On Its Basis, The Provisions Of The Civil Code, The Provisions Of The Agreement, In Accordance With The Tariff Of The Distribution System Operator (Dso) And The Rates For A Given Tariff Group Included In The Offer, Which Will Constitute Annex No. 1 To The Agreement. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Submission Of Partial Offers. Pursuant To Art. 91 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, The Ordering Party Indicates The Reasons For Not Dividing The Order Into Parts: Material Aspect - The Ordering Party Assumes That Larger Discounts Are Possible In The Case Of A Larger Order, And Thus A Lower Price For The Execution Of The Subject Of The Order. An Additional Advantage Is The Specification Of Responsibility For The Completed Subject Of The Order. Economic Aspect - The Ordering Party Wants To Avoid Duplicating Some Of The Costs Incurred By Contractors And Added To The Value Of The Offer. Timely Aspect. The Ordering Party Cannot Afford A Delay In Execution, Which Would Result In Untimely Execution Of The Order.
