1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Delivery And Installation Of Storage Heaters In Buildings: 1) Osp Paruszowice - 2 Pieces Of Storage Heaters With A Power Of 4Kw And 2 Pieces Of Storage Heaters With A Power Of 2Kw,2) Osp Janówka - 3 Pieces Of Storage Heaters With A Power Of 4Kw,3) Osp Kostów - Pieces Of Dynamic Storage Heaters With A Power Of 4Kw, As Part Of Program: Energy Modernization Of The Volunteer Fire Department Building, Co-Financed In 2025 By The National Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management And The Provincial Fund For Environmental Protection And Water Management In Opole. A Nationwide Program For Financing Rescue Services. Part 3) Energy Modernization Of Volunteer Fire Department Buildings. 2. A Detailed Description And Method Of Order Execution Is Included In Annex No. 4 To Swz (Opz). In The Case Of Volunteer Fire Department Paruszowice, The Procedure Concerns Only The Delivery And Installation Of Radiators, The Scope Of This Procedure Does Not Include Works Related To Wall Insulation.3. For The Purposes Of Carrying Out The Task, The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver, Install And Commission Radiators In Accordance With The Material And Quantitative Description As Well As Technical Parameters, Dimensions And Operational Requirements Specified In Opz.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Deliver, Unload, Bring In And Put Into Operation, In The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party, Brand New Radiators, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Specified In Detail In Opz.5. Radiators Must Be Brand New (Manufactured No Earlier Than 12 Months Before The Date Of Delivery To The Ordering Party), Originally Packed, Undamaged. The Ordering Party Does Not Allow Refurbished (Refabricated), Demonstration Or Exhibition Radiators.6. Radiators Must Be Marked In Accordance With Applicable Regulations, In Particular Safety Signs. Admitted To Trading In The European Union.7. Organization Of Transport And Responsibility For Transporting The Delivery Item To The Assembly Locations, Unloading The Order At The Place Indicated By The Ordering Party And The Related Costs Are The Responsibility Of The Contractor;8. The Contractor Will Secure The Delivery Item During Transport In The Following Way: The Delivery Items Will Be Delivered In Original Packaging, Additionally Protected Against Damage During Loading, Transport And Unloading;9. The Contractor Will Provide The Ordering Party, Together With The Furnaces, With All Necessary Operating Instructions, Certificates Of Compliance Required By Law And Warranty Documents In Polish;
