Work Detail

The Subject Of The Order Is 24-Hour Urban Monitoring, Patrol And Intervention Services In Public Spaces, As Well As Services In The Field Of Security For Mass Events. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Described In Annex No. 1 To The Swz And The Draft Agreement, Annex No. 9. Note: The Price Should Be Given In The Following Format: 1. Gross Price For Each Month For The Tasks Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order In Points I And Ii.2. Gross Price For 1 Man-Hour Of Cleaning And Information Services Employees. The Price Of A Man-Hour Should Also Include The Remuneration Of The Safety Manager And The Costs Of Preparing The Documentation Necessary To Obtain A Decision To Organize A Mass Event. For The Purposes Of Calculating The Price, 2,000 Employee-Hours Should Be Assumed. Employment Requirement Based On An Employment Relationship. Requirements Referred To In Art. 95 Pzp.1. Because The Implementation Of This Order Must Be Carried Out By Performing Activities Under The Conditions Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974, Labor Code - For The Benefit Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor, At The Place And Time Indicated By The Contractor Or Subcontractor - The Ordering Party, In Accordance With Art. 95 Section 1 Of The Public Procurement Law Requires The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ Persons Performing Activities Falling Within The So-Called Direct Costs Based On The Employment Relationship. This Requirement Applies To Persons Who Perform The Tasks Included In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract In Points I And Ii. 2. Method Of Documenting The Employment Of Persons Referred To In Art. 95 Of The Public Procurement Law. The Contractor Is Obliged To Submit To The Ordering Party, At His Request And Within The Deadline Specified In The Application, Documents Confirming The Employment Of Persons Performing The Activities Referred To Above, In Particular A Written Statement From The Contractor Or Subcontractor Confirming That The Contractors Or Subcontractors Employees Are Employed Under An Employment Contract Within The Meaning Of The Provisions Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code, Taking Into Account The Minimum Remuneration For Work Established Pursuant To Art. 2 Section 3-5 Of The Act Of October 10, 2002 On Minimum Wages (Journal Of Laws Of 2024, Item 1773). This Declaration Should Include In Particular: Precise Identification Of The Entity Submitting The Declaration, Date Of Submission Of The Declaration, Indication That The Activities Listed In Point 1 Is Performed By Persons Employed Under An Employment Contract, Indicating The Number Of These Persons, The Type Of Employment Contract And The Working Hours, As Well As The Signature Of The Person Authorized To Submit A Declaration On Behalf Of The Contractor Or Subcontractor.3.
