1. The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Services In The Field Of Cleaning (Arrangement) Of Buildings, Premises And Other Rooms Belonging To The Municipality Of The City Of Gdynia From Movable Property, Including Large-Size Ones, Remaining After Tenants Have Left Them As A Result Of Various Types Of Events, I.E. Fire, Flood, Eviction, Takeover Of The Premises Or Death Of The Premises User, Etc. 2. The Ordering Party Expects To Complete The Subject Of The Contract Within 1,300 Hours. 3. As Part Of The Subject Of The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged In Particular To: 1) Remove Movable Property Accumulated In Municipal Real Estate, 2) Temporarily Secure The Waste Generated By The Contractor By Providing A Container Or Other Container So That The Removed Movable Property Is Not Left In Front Of The Building, The So-Called In Bulk,3) Disposal Of All Removed Movable Property In Accordance With The Provisions Of The Act Of December 14, 2012 On Waste (Consolidated Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2023, Item 1587, As Amended),4) Cleaning Of Corridors, Annexes And Other Common Parts Of The Property After Performing The Activities Indicated In Points 1 And 2
