This Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Presents The Minimum Equipment Requirements That Must Be Met. Contractors May Submit Equivalent Offers, However, The Equivalent Equipment Proposed By The Contractor Must Have The Same Functional And Utility Parameters As The Products Described Below Or Exceed Them. The Proposed Equipment Must Meet The Required Dimensional And Technical Parameters Given In The Description Of Individual Equipment Items Below. Any Product Names Or Their Manufacturers Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order Are Intended Only To Approximate The Requirements That Could Not Be Described Using Sufficiently Accurate And Understandable Terms. The Ordering Party Allows Tolerances Of Dimensions And Parameters In The Range Of +/- 5% Of Fixed, Specifically Indicated Parameters That Do Not Contain Terms Such As: Minimum, Maximum, Not More Than Not Less Than, Maximum, Minimum, Unless A Different Acceptable Tolerance Range Is Specified In The Description Of A Given Item Of The Subject Of The Order. If Equivalent Products Are Used, The Contractor Is Obliged To Present Detailed Technical Documentation Confirming Compliance With The Requirements. Requirements Regarding The Subject Of The Order1.
