As Part Of The Task In Question, The Contractor Will Be Obliged To Provide Transport Of Students Of Grades I-Iii To Classes At The University Of Marketing And Management, Ul. Ostroroga 9A In Leszno (64-100) And Transport Of Students After The End Of Classes To Primary School No. 9 At Ul. Szczepanowskiego 14 In Leszno, In The School Year 2025/2026 And 2026/2027.3. Determination Of The Subject Of The Contract According To The Common Procurement Dictionary: 60100000-9 - Road Transport Services60130000-8 - Specialized Transport Services. Road Transport Of Persons 4. The Transport Covers 146 Working Days During Which Teaching, Care And Educational Activities Will Take Place In The Period From March 9, 2026 To June 24, 2026 And From September 2, 2026 To December 22, 2026. 5. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Change The Route, Its Length And Number Transported Students When Such A Need Is Caused By Circumstances Beyond The Will Of The Parties, In Particular In The Event Of: A) A Reduction Or Increase In The Number Of Students Transported During The Execution Of The Order B) The Occurrence Of Other Unforeseen Circumstances That May Affect The Planned Transport Process. The Contractor Should Include The Above In Its Offer Price.
