Part 1 - Delivery Of Crushed Dolomite Road Aggregate 0-31.5 Mm In An Estimated Quantity Of 1,200 Mg1) The Subject Of The Contract Includes: All Activities Related To The Supply Of Road Aggregate, I.E. Purchase, Transport, Weighing, Delivery And Unloading In Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, I.E. The Area Of Piotrków County.2) The Material Scope Of The Order Specified Above (Number Of Tons Of Aggregate Delivered) Is An Estimated Value. Due To The Above, The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Material And Financial Scope Of This Contract, Due To The Needs Of The Ordering Party, Without Changing The Price. In Such A Case, The Contractor Is Not Entitled To Any Claim Against The Ordering Party, Including In Particular A Claim For Performance Of The Contract Up To The Maximum Gross Remuneration. The Ordering Party Will Each Time Specify The Scope Of Deliveries. The Actual Amount Of Supplies Provided Will Depend On The Actual Needs Of The Ordering Party.3) The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Delivery Of Limestone Aggregate.4) The Aggregate Must Meet The Requirements Of The Pn-En 13043:2004 And Pn-S-06102:1997 Standards And Should Have Appropriate Certificates Or Certificates Confirming Compliance With These Standards, Which Should Be Provided At The Ordering Partys Request. 5) To Transport The Aggregate, The Contractor Will Provide A Truck With A Capacity Of Min. 20 Tons.6) The Contractor Must Fully Respect The Safety Of All Persons Authorized To Be In The Car And On The Road During The Delivery. 7) Place Of Delivery - The Base Of The Road Circuit In Rozprza, Aleja 900-Lecia 13, Piotrkowski County, Łódź Voivodeship, And Designated Places Along District Roads In Piotrków County. 8) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Reduce The Total Order Depending On The Needs And Financial Resources. The Reduction In The Value Of The Order Will Not Be Less Than 30%.9) The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Total Order By 10% Depending On The Needs And Financial Resources.
