The Contractor Will Present The Required Approvals, Certificates And Guarantees When Entering The Tender.2. The Contractor Provides Warranty And Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Products.3. Note: Work Footwear Must Meet The Requirements Specified In Polish Standards. If The Ordering Party Has Not Specified Specific Sizes And Colors Of The Footwear, The Ordering Party Requires That The Proposed Footwear Be Available In The Full Range Of Sizes And Colors Available From The Manufacturer.3. Delivery Terms1. Orders Will Be Placed Successively, Well In Advance, According To The Size Charts Sent. Order Processing Time Up To 3 Business Days.2. In Justified Cases (E.G. Hiring A New Employee, Destruction Of Shoes), The Order Will Be Processed No Later Than Within 48 Hours Based On Notification Via E-Mail Or Telephone. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Place An Additional Order. 3. The Delivered Goods Must Be Properly Packed.4. Delivery To The Registered Office Of The Ordering Party - Koszalin, Ul. Komunalna 5 At The Contractors Expense.4. The Contractor Will Be Obliged To: 1. Providing A Certificate For The Ce Safety Mark For The Entire Range Specified In The Swz Or Other Manufacturers Documentation, E.G. Product Cards Confirming Compliance With The Requirements. 2. Providing The Certificate Of The Central Institute Of Labor Protection, If Issued.3. Granting A 24-Month Warranty On Work Footwear. The Required Warranty Period Does Not Prejudice The Provisions On Warranty For Technical And Legal Defects.
