Conservation Of Urban Trees Maintenance Of Urban Trees In Accordance With The Following Scope Of Activities: A) Felling Trees From Urban Areas, B) Reduction Of Tree Crowns Due To Their Excessive Growth, Removal Of Collisions With Technical Infrastructure, C) Correction Of Statics By Relieving Parts Of The Crown, Removal Of Abnormal Branches And Branches That Excessively Thicken The Crown, Crown Formation, D) Removal Of Deadwood In Tree Crowns, E) Lifting Crowns Trees, Uncovering The Edges Of Road Lanes And Road Signs, F) Milling Trunks Or Grubbing Up Stumps, G) Filling And Leveling The Places After Removing Stumps With Soil, H) Watering Young Plantings, I) Removing The Effects Of Violent Weather Phenomena (E.G. Winds, Storms) Or Weather Anomalies Consisting In Removing Fallen Or Damaged Trees, Reducing Crowns, Removing Broken Branches, J) Maintenance And Security Works On Monuments Nature, K) Removal Of Suckers, L) Delivery Of Wood That Is Not Waste Remaining After Felling And Maintenance Activities In Cut Form, To Places Indicated By The Ordering Party, Section 7.4 Continued.) Type And Scope Of Changes To The Contract And The Conditions For Their Introductioni) Indexation Will Be Made Upon A Written Justified Request, Which Should Include: - Calculation Of The Requested Amount Of Change In Remuneration, - Completed And Settled Scope Of The Order - Confirmed By The Ordering Party, The Scope Of The Order Remaining To Be Completed - Confirmed By The Ordering Party, Evidence That The Increase In The Prices Of Materials Or Costs Had An Impact On The Cost Of The Order (Including A Comprehensive Factual Justification And A Precise Indication Of The Materials Or Costs Related To The Execution Of The Order That Had A Direct Impact On The Change In The Remuneration Due To The Contractor). The Ordering Party Declares That It Will Not Accept Changes In The Prices Of Materials Or Costs That Are Not Necessary To Complete The Subject Of The Contract. The Ordering Party Has The Right To Request Additional Information Or Documents Confirming The Above Circumstances. The Application May Only Concern Services That Have Not Yet Been Performed.J) The Contractor Whose Remuneration Has Been Changed In Accordance With This Section Within 14 Days From The Date Of Concluding The Annex Referred To Above With The Ordering Party Is Obliged To Change The Remuneration Due To The Subcontractor With Whom He Concluded The Contract, To The Extent Corresponding To Changes In Costs Related To The Subcontractors Obligation, If The Conditions Specified In Art. 439 Section 5 Of The Pzp.K) Contractor In The Situation Referred To In Point J), Is Obliged To Inform The Ordering Party In Writing Within 5 Days About The Change In The Subcontractors Remuneration Or The Reasons For Not Making Such A Change. 3) Changes That Are Not Significant Within The Meaning Of Art. 454 Section 2 Of The Public Procurement Law, In Particular The Knowledge Of Which At The Stage Of The Contract Award Procedur
