The Subject Of The Order Is The Provision Of Support Services In The Operation Of The System, Including The Delivery Of New Versions Of The System Created By The Contractor, Including Versions Created As A Result Of Changes Jointly Developed By The Ordering Party And The Contractor, Together With The Provision Of Appropriate Licenses, If They Are Necessary For The Lawful And Functional Scope Of Use Of The System By The Ordering Party.2. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order Is Included In Annex No. 1 To Swz.3. The Ordering Party Provides For The Possibility Of Exercising The Option Right Under The Following Conditions: The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Increase The Demand For The Support Service In The Operation Of The Teta System By A Maximum Of 50% In Accordance With The Prices Specified In The Material And Price Form Constituting Annex No. 3 To Swz4. The Ordering Party Does Not Require The Contractor To Personally Perform Key Tasks.5. The Contractor May Entrust The Execution Of Part Of The Order To A Subcontractor. In Such A Case, The Ordering Party Requests That The Contractor Indicate In Its Offer The Parts Of The Order Whose Performance It Intends To Entrust To Subcontractors, And Provide The Names Of Any Subcontractors, If They Are Already Known.6. The Ordering Party Does Not Specify In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order The Requirement For The Contractor Or Subcontractor To Employ, Under An Employment Contract, Persons Performing Activities Indicated By The Ordering Party In The Scope Of The Execution Of The Order, The Performance Of Which Consists In Performing Work In The Manner Specified In Art. 22 § 1 Of The Act Of June 26, 1974 - Labor Code (Uniform Text: Journal Of Laws Of 2019, Item 1040, As Amended).7. The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Order On The Terms And Conditions Described In The Contract Template Constituting Annex No. 6 To The Swz.
