The Subject Of The Order Is A Catering Service For Meals Intended For The Training Center In Pionki Of The State Fire Service In Warsaw In Accordance With The Requirements Of Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Order. The Services Will Be Provided To Students Of Courses And Training Organized By The Ordering Party At The Training Center In Pionki, I.E. Breakfasts, Lunches And Dinners According To Previous Orders (Order In Accordance With The Training Schedule At The Premises Of The State Fire Service In Warsaw - Placed Several Days In Advance, However Possibility Of Changing The Number Of Meals Served During The Day). The Expected Number Of Meals During The Duration Of The Contract Is Indicated In Annex No. 1 To The Swz (Description Of The Subject Of The Order). Under The Option Right, The Ordering Party Provides For The Use Of The Service Of Preparing Meals, Transporting Them And Serving Them At The Training Center In Pionki For A Maximum Of 500 Full Nutritional Days. The Ordering Party Will Exercise The Option Right By January 31, 2027 At The Latest. The Exercise Of The Option Right Depends On The Occurrence Of The Following Circumstances: A) Achieving Savings In The Awarded Order, B) Obtaining Additional Financial Resources, C) Occurrence Of A Sudden, Unforeseeable Need To Organize Additional Training Or Courses.
