The Ordering Party Does Not Allow The Omission/Non-Delivery Of Any Of The Required Types Of Envelopes. The Ordering Party Requires That The Offered Envelopes Come From Current Production, I.E. They Were Produced No Earlier Than In The Fourth Quarter Of 2025.
