Plot No. 428/1 Is Developed In The Eastern Part With Warehouse Buildings Located Along The Road, The Buildings Are In Very Poor Technical Condition. In The Western Part, It Is Built With Farm Buildings, Unused, Partly In Ruins. The Plot Is Partially Fenced, Has Numerous Trees Located On The Northern And Eastern Sides. The Plot Is Equipped With Water, Electricity And Telecommunications Networks. The Plot Has Access To The Road From The Eastern Side. The Plots Are Owned By The Zduny Commune.
