The Subject Of The Order, In The Design And Build Formula, Includes The Implementation, Based On The Concluded Contract And The Functional And Utility Program (Hereinafter Referred To As The Ffu), Of Complete Technical Documentation Along With Obtaining The Necessary Permits, Opinions, Arrangements With The Relevant Institutions And, On Its Basis, The Performance Of Construction Works Regarding The Construction Of A Stormwater Management System In The Commune And City Of Odolanów, Consisting Of: 1. Cleaning And Deepening Of The Abovementioned. Ditches In The Commune And City Of Odolanów: 1) Ditch Ul. Kopernika To The Stadium 320 M 2) Ditch Along The Stadium And Nature Park 458 M 3) Ditch Along Ul. Bartosza 635 M -(Piping In Accordance With The Pzt) 4) Ditch From The Community Center To Ul. Bartosza Approximately 210 M, A Ditch That Drains The Street. Fr. Sójki 2. Construction Of A Retention Reservoir With An Open System And A Pumping Station.3. The Detailed Scope Of Works And Services To Be Provided By The Contractor Is Specified In The Functional And Utility Program Prepared By Easykop Robert Wizner, Constituting An Annex To Swz.4. In Order To Limit The Negative Impact Of The Order On The Natural Environment, The Ordering Party Requires The Use Of The Best Available Technologies In Terms Of Environmental Impact As Part Of The Order. In Particular: Motor Vehicles Used By The Contractor To Perform Construction Works Are To Be Compliant With Environmental Protection Standards And Regulations Regarding Their Use. Vehicles Used In The Execution Of The Contract (Motor Vehicles Used For Earthworks, For Transporting Materials, Personnel, Equipment) Must Meet At Least The Euro 5/Euro V Exhaust Emission Standard Or Higher. Before Concluding The Contract, The Contractor Is Obliged To Prepare And Submit A List Of The Fleet Of Vehicles That It Will Use For Earthworks, Transport Of Materials, Personnel And Equipment In Order To Perform The Contract, Along With A Copy Of The Document Confirming That The Vehicle Meets The Exhaust Emission Standard. The Ordering Party Reserves The Right To Check Compliance With The Above-Mentioned Requirement At Any Stage Of Order Execution, In Particular Through On-Site Inspection And Requesting Documents. For Each Vehicle That Does Not Meet The Exhaust Emission Standard, The Ordering Party Will Charge A Contractual Penalty Specified In The Contract - Annex No. 8 To Swz.Iii. The Types Of Materials And Devices Adopted (Indicated In The Technical Documentation) Were Used Only As Examples To Describe The Subject Of The Order.
