Tenders Are Invited For Change Of Use Of A Part Of The Building From A Primary School Into A Municipal Nurse - Equipment

1. The Subject Of The Contract Is The Delivery Of Furniture And Equipment For The Nursery, Construction And Assembly Of A Custom-Made Kitchen With The Delivery Of Household Appliances, In Accordance With The Functional And Technical Requirements Specified In The Terms Of Reference (Swz) And The Contractors Offer, Which Constitute An Integral Part Of This Contract.2. The Subject Of The Contract Also Includes The Performance Of All Activities Accompanying The Delivery, In Particular: Transport, Bringing, Arrangement, Assembly, Installation, Connection And - If Required By The Functionality Of A Given Element - Commissioning And Checking The Correct Operation Of The Delivered Equipment.3. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Brand New, Complete, Free From Physical And Legal Defects, Unused, Undamaged, Not Exhibited, Not From Exhibitions, Returns Or Warehouse Sales, And Its Technical Parameters Must Correspond To The Swz And The Contractors Offer.4. The Subject Of The Contract Must Be Free From Legal Defects And Not Be Encumbered With Rights In Favor Of Third Parties, And That He Has The Right To Dispose Of It Until It Is Handed Over To The Ordering Party.5. The Delivered Furniture And Equipment Must Be Made Of New, High-Quality Materials, Compliant With Applicable Standards And Have The Approvals, Certificates And Declarations Of Conformity Required By Law.6. The Subject Of The Contract Must Comply With Applicable Law, In Particular Regarding Safety, Hygiene And Requirements For Nursery Equipment.7. The Subject Of The Contract Will Be Delivered To The Municipal Building Located At: Biała Góra 39, Wartkowice Commune.8. The Ordering Party Requires The Contractor To Provide A Quality Guarantee For The Following Periods: 1) For The Delivered Furniture And Its Assembly - For A Period Of Not Less Than 36 Months. For The Purposes Of This Order, Childrens Loungers, Modular Playpens And Strollers Are Also Considered Furniture. The Final Period Of Validity Of The Quality Guarantee For The Delivered Furniture And Its Assembly As Well As All Its Elements Will Result From The Offer Of The Selected Contractor, And The Length Of The Guarantee Period Is One Of The Criteria For Evaluating The Offers In Accordance With Chapter Xviii Of The Swz;2) For The Delivered And Installed Household Appliances (Induction Cooker, Kitchen Hood, Refrigerator, Industrial Vacuum Cleaner) And Their Installations - For A Period Of 60 Months,3) For The Delivered All Elements Of Equipment Other Than Furniture Or Household Appliances (Mattresses And Bedding For Loungers, Dolls, Mattresses For Playpens, Wooden Workshops And Pushchairs, Chamber Pots, Diaper Baskets And Dispensers, Towels, Cleaning Trolley) Delivered As Part Of The Contract - For A Period Of 24 Months From The Date Of Signing The Final Acceptance Protocol.9. The Detailed Scope Of The Warranty And The Contractors Obligations During The Warranty Period Are Specified In The Agreement Constituting Annex No. 4 To The Swz. The Date
