1. The Subject Of The Order Includes The Supply Of It Equipment And Software Along With Installation, Configuration And Launch As Part Of The Project Improvement Of Cybersecurity In The Duszniki Commune. For The Implementation Of The Order In Question, The Ordering Party Received Funding From The European Regional Development Fund Under The Operational Program European Funds For Digital Development 2021-2027 (Ferc), Priority Ii: Advanced Digital Services, Measure 2.2. – Strengthening The National Cybersecurity System Based On The Grant Agreement Number Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/0677/Ferc.02.02-Cs.01-001/23/2024. The Implementation Of The Subject Of The Order Will Consist In The Purchase And Delivery Of It Equipment And Software, Then Its Implementation, Including Installation, Configuration And Commissioning, As Well As On-The-Job Training And The Development Of As-Built Documentation. The Subject Of The Order Covers The Duszniki Commune And Individual Subordinate Units: The Commune Social Welfare Center In Duszniki, The Communal Budgetary Institution In Duszniki And The Commune Educational Complex In Duszniki. The Contractor Is Obliged To Deliver The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Ordering Partys Instructions To The Appropriate Headquarters Of The Ordering Party And Its Subordinate Units. The Ordering Party Requires A Guarantee For The Subject Of The Order In Accordance With The Requirements Contained In The Order Documents. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Order And The Conditions Of Its Implementation Are Set Out In Annex No. 1 To The Swz - Description Of The Subject Of The Contract And Annex No. 11 To The Swz - Draft Provisions Of The Contract, Which Should Be Considered Together.2. The Subject Of The Order Must Be Brand New, Unexploited, Unused, Unmodified, Technically Functional, Originally Packed By The Manufacturer, Free From Legal Defects And Complete. The Year Of Production Of The Subject Of The Order Is At Least 2025. 3. To Clearly Identify The Offered Subject Of The Order, At Least The Name Of The Manufacturer, As Well As The Name And Model Of The Offered Hardware/Software Should Be Provided. The Ordering Party Also Requires The Actual Parameters Of The Subject Of The Order To Be Provided In Such A Way That It Can Be Verified Whether The Offered Hardware/Software Meets The Requirements Of This Tor. Due To The Above, The Contractor Is Obliged To Complete The Table Regarding The Offered Hardware/Software Parameters, Which Constitutes An Integral Part Of The Offer Form - Annex No. 2 To The Swz In The Form Of Annex No. 1.1 To The Offer Form - Description Of The Offered Parameters. 4. The Ordering Party Pursuant To Art. 104 - 106 Of The Public Procurement Act Requests The Submission Of The Following Means Of Evidence: 1) Certificates, Labels And Other Documents Confirming That The Offered Products Meet The Technical Parameters Contained In Annex No. 1.2 To The Offer Form - List Of Subject Evidence; 2) The Ordering Pa
