The Manufacturers Names Or Trademarks Used In The Documentation Are Only Used To Specify The Subject Of The Order And To Define Technical And Functional Standards As Well As To Determine Quality And Technological Standards. The Ordering Party Allows The Offer Of Products That Are No Worse In Terms Of Their Quality And Technical Parameters Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Names, Provided That The Offered Products Have Technical And Quality Parameters That Are At Least The Same Or Better Than The Products Specified Using The Manufacturers Name In The Documentation.
