The Subject Of The Order Is The Supply Of Portable Computers, Hereinafter Referred To As Equipment, For The Intercollegiate Faculty Of Biotechnology Of The University Of Gdańsk And The Medical University Of Gdańsk. 2. Common Procurement Vocabulary (Cpv) Classification Code: 30213100-6 Portable Computers. 3. A Detailed Description Of The Subject Of The Contract Is Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Contract - Annex No. 6 To The Swz. 4. Place Of Equipment Delivery: Intercollegiate Faculty Of Biotechnology Of The University Of Gdańsk And The Medical University Of Gdańsk, Department Of Molecular Biology Of Viruses, Room 356, Ul. Abrahama 58, 80-307 Gdańsk. 5. The Ordering Party Requires A Warranty For The Equipment For A Period Of 36 Months. Details Regarding The Guarantee Are Included In § 7 Of The Draft Contract - Annex No. 5 To The Swz. 6. The Ordering Party Allows The Possibility Of Submitting An Offer Containing Equivalent Solutions In The Field Of Standards And Certificates: 1) The Standards And Certificates Indicated In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 6 To The Swz) Are Only Exemplary - In Each Case, It Determines The Class Of The Product That Is The Subject Of The Order And Serves To Establish A Standard, And Does Not Indicate A Specific Product Or Manufacturer. The Original Nomenclature Or Symbolism Is Provided To Correctly Identify The Subject Of The Order. 2) The Concept Of Equivalence Should Be Understood As Meaning That The Contractors Will Ensure That The Offered Equipment Meets Standards And Certificates Not Worse Than Those Described By The Ordering Party In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Annex No. 6 To The Swz) In Points 2-3, Item 4 Of Table 1. 3) The Ordering Party Will Consider As Equivalent Such Standards And Certificates That Will Be Prepared By An Independent Entity, Which Are Based On Transparency, Voluntariness, Impartiality, Effectiveness, Credibility, Consistency And Agreed At National And European Level. The Use Must Correspond In Type And Scope To The Purposes Set Out In Those Indicated By The Ordering Party. 4) Demonstrating Equivalence, I.E. Meeting The Requirements Specified By The Ordering Party In The Swz To An Equivalent Extent, Is The Responsibility Of The Contractor. The Contractor Is Obliged To Indicate The Proposed Standards And Equivalent Certificates In The Offer Form (Annex No. 1 To The Swz). 5) The Ordering Party Will Not Reject The Contractors Offer, Provided That The Contractor Proves In The Offer, In Particular By Means Of Evidence, That The Proposed Solutions Equally Meet The Requirements Specified In The Description Of The Subject Of The Order (Article 101(5) Of The Public Procurement Law).
