Prior Information Notice For Cafeteria Services – The Purpose Of This Document Is To Conclude A Concession Contract For The Operation Service Of The Las Casitas Cafeteria Of Ric Ulpgc S.A.U.. The Object Of The Contract Will Be The Operation Of The Las Casitas Cafeteria Of Ric Ulpgc S.A.U., Through The Provision Of The Service Of Drinks, Snacks, Sandwiches, Packaged Products And Meals Prepared At The Center. The Service Will Be Provided With Healthy And Sustainable Criteria, In Strict Compliance With Current Legal Regulations, Through The Provision Of The Personal, Technical And Operational Means Necessary For Its Execution, With Authorization For The Exclusive Use Of The Facilities And Equipment Listed In Annex A Of The Technical Prescription Document. It Is Considered Advisable To Have A Cafeteria Service To Guarantee The Provision Of A Cafeteria Service That Continuously And Adequately Covers The Needs Of The University Community Of The Tafira University Campus, Through A Product Offering And Operation That Ensure Quality, Sustainability, Food Safety And Compliance With Current Regulations, Contributing To The Correct Development Of Academic And Institutional Activity. The Service To Be Provided By The Successful Bidder Must Include: - Daily Cafeteria Service. - Breakfast Service. - Daily Lunch Service Through Mixed Plates And Other Menu Options. - Take Away Food Service. - Preparation And Service Of Special Meals For Academic And Institutional Events Or Activities. The Successful Bidder Must Provide, In Addition To The Services Expressly Listed, All Those Provided For In The Technical Prescription Document And Those That, Being Accessory Or Complementary, Are Necessary For The Proper Execution Of The Contract In Accordance With The Conditions Established In Said Document. The Cafeteria Service Is For Preferential Use By The University Community (Students, Teaching And Research Staff, Administration And Service Staff, Users Of The Facilities And Accompanied Visitors), And Is Not Open To The General Public Outside The University Environment.
